Domaine Chantepierre - Tavel Rosé

La Cave des vignerons de Tavel est dans le plus pur style provençal. Il a été construit en 1937 lorsque les vins de Tavel ont été labellisés AOC. C'est à ce jour le seul domaine viticole ouvert par un Président de la République - Albert Lebrun en 1938. La Cave de Tavel produit la moitié des vins AOC de Tavel, ainsi que Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages et Côtes-du-Rhône. Rhône et s'étend sur 680 Ha. Ce sont 140 producteurs, tous impliqués dans la vie quotidienne du domaine et ayant leur mot à dire dans les décisions d'investissement pour l'élaboration de vins souvent médaillés et régulièrement cités dans les guides des vins.
Ce rosé parfumé d'un rose profond est une expression toujours bien faite de Tavel. Des bouffées de sucre caramélisé, de pétale de rose et de groseille accentuent les saveurs riches et concentrées de sorbet à la cerise et de fraises fraîches. Corsé et frangé de tanins de thé délicats, c'est un vin sec rafraîchissant mais bien bâti qui se boit bien toute l'année.

The Maison Doré’s history is steeped in tradition and esteem. It all began in 1928. The Maison has passed from generation to generation of winemakers in the Doré family for almost a century. In 2014, Gérard Doré called on his neighbour and friend, Jean-Guy Monmarthe, to take over the reins of the Maison Doré. A sixth-generation winemaker himself and head of the Maison Monmarthe, Jean-Guy works hard to ensure that each bottle leaving the estate retains •Doré’s true character. The Doré estate is located in the village of Ludes, a Premier Cru site in the Montagne de Reims region, and extends over 4 hectares.
A bright and fruity style, this Champagne is ripe, with sliced apples and acidity. Its freshness is balanced by tangy fruits, creating a wine that is delicious to drink.
